«Länge = 10—12 Mm.
Höhe im VerhäUniss zur Länge = 110. Schale klein, eiförmig gerundet, schwach gewölbt, gleichseitig. Oberfläche mit zahlreichen, äusserst feineu, erhabenen und gerundeten Radialrippen bedeckt, über welche concentrische Rippchen verlaufen, so dass eine zierliche gitterförmige Verzierung entsteht. Die Ohren sind scharf getrennt und mit schrägen Rippen bedeckt.

Small sized, sub-ovate valve disc ornamented with radial ribs whose number increases via intercalation of new ones throughout ontogeny. Radial ribs crossed by weak and rare commarginal swellings. Remarks
