«Pecten natoriensis var. inequilateralis, nov.
PI. XL (11), Figs. 13 & 14. Similar to the typical form of the species, though is distinguished from it by the shell, which is distinctly inequilateral, besides is longer than wide. The shell is slightly oblique, the beak being slightly shifted forwards. One right valve measures 53 mm. in length, 52 mm. in width and 11 mm. in convexity.
